No much progress this week apart from lossing the 1 kg that I have gained over the weekend. So in total, I have lost 3 kgs by the end of week 3.
Count myself lucky that I did not put on any weight over the weekend. On Saturday, I had KFC for lunch, minced meat noodle for dinner and Ya Kun for SUPPER! I have not drink Kopi for almost a month since I started my diet. On Sunday, my mum cooked chicken curry.
