Pissed Off with Poor Service Attitude

I was pissed off at lunch today! I da bao minced meat noodles from the stall which is located in my office building. (For those of you who knows where I am working, you should know which stall I am refering to because there is only one stall that sells minced meat noodles)

When it was my turn to order my food, I told the staff its for take away and the type of noodles I want. The staff then asked if I want it spicy, I replied her "SOUP". Back in office, I realised that the staff forgot about the soup, she gave me noodles dry without sauce.

Hence I returned to the store for my soup. I was expecting the staff to apologise for her mistake but she actually rebutted that I told her dry - spicy. Trying to be understand on her (probably she may have a busy day), I explained that I told her I want it in soup and I did not mentioned the word 'spicy'. She took back the noodles unwillingly and added the soup for me.

Another staff who overheard our conversation jokingly chipped the staff for making the mistake. The staff actually defends herself and said that she had burnt her fingers earlier and is still in pain! Woah!!! She don't even feel that she is in the wrong! At this moment, I was really pissed off. Took my noodles in soup and walk off.

Honestly, if it's not for my staff pass, I'll give her a good lesson on "How to do Service Recovery!".
