文头雪 = Ice Jelly

Follow up from the eggcurb preiously, this time round I bought 文头雪. In case if you don't know what it means, its ice jelly. I added crushed ice, mixed fruits and lime to it. Though it taste good, but personally I still eggcurb. : )
