陈俊宝不在的日子 - 第十一天

The situation at Thailand is getting from bad to worst. I wonder how safe it can be for someone who is half an hour drive away from central Bangkok? I pray hard that the Thai government can contain the situation within the business district and not let it spread elsewhere.

Back home, I bought 2 'caterpillar' and it was delivered to our office today. I ordered for 1 kaya and 1 mango flavour. I also get to tried the strawberry flavour, it was awesome!

陈俊宝不在的日子 - 第九天

Just had a good KTV session with June Zhou, Rachel Teo and her bf, Wei Haur. Come to think of it, I have not sing for more than 1 year! Don't even know how to use the KTV remote control and can't remember the song titles that I used to sing at every KTV session.

I happened to visit HDB website and realised that the BTO results for Woodlands is out. The total 4-room units available was 372 and my queue number was 409. Sad! Don't understand why am I always so suay! Someone suggested to put my name as main applicant and him as co-applicant, I think this is worth a try. Anyway, I will resume my first-timer priority in May 2010!

Today is a super sian day!

1. I missed his call this morning as I was in a meeting.
2. Work was not as smooth as I thought (Didn't managed to hit my target today)

3. I missed his call AGAIN, in the afternoon!
4. Lastly, I had a bad service experience at NTUC today. The cashier lady actually allow her friend to make payment without the need to join the long queue (in short, cut-queue).

What a way to end my day!~

I slept little last night and I'm still awake now! No calls from him today, I wonder where the locals take him to, I hope not anywhere near central business district or the Silom street.

Back home, I bought myself a dress online, at $24.90 + $3 (delivery charges) = $27.90

Grenade attacks at Bangkok's central business district, killed one person and injured 86 - Read this from Yahoo! news today. I'm glad that Valent is at least half an hour drive away from central Bangkok.

Things smoothen out at work today, with a little help from my 师姐, Stephanie.

I bought 6 pieces of Goodwood Park durian puffs in office at a discounted price of $10.95. Its expensive but definitely worth the buy. Too bad Valent gonna missed it this time round. (I bought it last year and he loves it!). Take a look at the puffs!

陈俊宝不在的日子 - 第三天

Good news! The 'Red' shirt is open to talks with the govt, meaning things will start to mellow.

As per past 2 days' practice, he called me in the morning for a little chat. I guessed its going to be part of my daily routine for the next 18 days. He is coping well and training at work was manageable.

On the other hand, things was a little rough for me today at work. I hope it will be smoothen out by tomorrow.

陈俊宝不在的日子 - 第二天

Despite the sunny weather this noon, it's going to be a cooling night tonight. Though its only the 2nd day, but it feels like 2 weeks has passed. Anyway, I have applied for annual leave on 10 May as he will be coming back on 9 May, 9:55pm. Can't wait for the day to arrive.

At times I wonder, how strong or independent am I?

He called me this morning. I was surprised and glad to hear his voice. I am glad that he is doing fine and eating well. He assured me that he will put on a few more kgs in 3 wks time. I guessed he can feel my worrying heart.

I just want him to come home safely.

Is Bangkok safe?

I sent Valent to the airpot this afternoon. He is going to Thailand on a work trip for 3 weeks. Can't help worrying with the recent chaos in Bangkok. Is Bangkok safe for work now?

My Graduation Ceremony

Yes. After a long wait, my graduation ceremony day arrived. Can you imagine? I graduated in Aug 2009 and my convocation was in Apr 2010! Waited for more than 6 mths for this day to arrive.

As it was a weekday, my dad, Valent and myself have to take annual leave to attend the ceremony. Took some photos. Take a look at the crowd!

From Collages

Note: I saw some people receiving bouquet of flowers and some receiving cute teddy bears (wearing the 'square' hat). Why I don't have any? *Staring at Valent*
