Disappointment with Swensen's Service

Valent and myself had our lunch at Causeway Point Swensen on Saturday. We ordered a caesar salad, 49er's Chicken and a hot fudge sundae. When the caesar salad was served, we poured in the dressing and tossed it. We help ourselves to the salad and half way through, I realised that there isn't any hard-boiled egg in the salad.

I checked with the manager on duty and she quickly took it away. I was expecting a new bowl of salad with hard-boiled egg placed nicely on the salad. However, to my disappointment, this is what I got!
