HDB in Woodlands...finally!~

After a long long wait, HDB is finally launching a BTO excerise in Woodlands. Once it was annouced in the news, my mum sms me and Valent's mum informed him the minute he reached home.

I have always wanted to apply for a 5-room in Woodlands but I actually find myself having a difficult time deciding to apply for 4-room or 5-room. Everyone has been telling me to go for a 4-room since this is our first property.

Valent felt that both are fine with him, most important is I am happy with our decision. Hence, he leave it to me to decide. After a few days of weighing our pro and cons, I have decided to go for 4-room.

To add on, we are eligible to apply under the priority scheme as my parents' house is within 2 km. Hope we heng heng got a qood Q number!
