菜园之旅





Last week, I finally got the motivation to 减肥. I have marked out my plan to go jogging on Saturday morning and swimming on Sunday morning. Guess what ... 天注定 me can't 减肥... Saturday morning rains heavily. On Sunday when I was about to leave house, I accidentally cut my finger against the house ledge. With an open wound, I can't go for my swim 了.

Hence, I went for a Bukit Timah walk with my family instead. We had our breakfast near Bukit Timah hill before we proceed with our "hiking". We took a challenging path called "Rock Path", its really rock climbing lor. At some point, I have to be on all fours to climb up the steep rock. Haha... my 5 years old cousin can climb faster than me... So malu...

After our "hiking", we drive to the 菜园 near Farm Mart. Took a few shot of vegetables and fruits. Enjoy the slides ya...

Today, I met Shirley and Nic for lunch. We went to tanjong pagar market for chicken rice. The ginger sauce is green... special hor...

After lunch, we walk to Maxell Market. Right behind Maxell, there is a small alley with string of shophouses. Nic brought us to a bakery shop which specialise in cakes. Not cheap leh, one small piece cost about S$6.

Anyway, Shirley and Nic bought a few pieces of cake... this (in the picture) is compliment from them. Shirley: If you read this, I would like to thanks you and nic for this cake. Its really delicious... I brought the cake back to office and shared with Cynthia. 有福同享,有难同当...

Singapore Flyer



Over the weekend, I went to Singapore Flyer with my family. Hmm... not bad... I think that it would be nice if they can design the flooring in the capsule to be transparent in the center. This would further enhance our experience. Hee...





The flyer ride last for about 30 minutes. As we finished the ride and exit to Level 1, the F1 race car was exhibited at the ground level. Pretty cool!~
